Don't try to change other people, let them be exactly as they choose. Simply change your relationship with them. If they are a non listener, an abuser, blamer, complainer, drama queen, energy vampire, manipulator, narcissist, or taker, give them less to no access. If they reciprocate, support, or create more calm and peace, give them more access. I enjoy listening and I do not resonate with yelling. I enjoy being seen and heard as an equal and I prefer not to be out of my own true character. I enjoy finding solutions and I do not see the point in arguing. Disagreements are fine. Being an asshole over disagreements, diversity and differences is NEVER OK. We all have priorities and preferences. Express those kindly and directly. That is ALL any choice is. A preference and a priority right now. Does NOT mean I love you any less. So do not compare. Do not compete. Do not contest or control. Take NOTHING personally. Let others be. If need be, simply agree to kindly disagree. No need for conflict, chaos or drama, ever. Listen and explore more, within. Isn't THAT interesting. Teach me more. Let me dive deeper into your world. I want to know and hopefully understand where YOU are coming from. I enjoy creating a mutual safe receptive space for these open flowing connections. I do not like remaining upset or in the dark so I prefer to talk things out. Listening is more than paying attention, but it starts there. I choose to gently dismiss everything that makes me negative so I appreciate you even more when you point out what you do not like about my choices. I grow and become better attuned to you when you share that with me. Please, let me adore you. Please, I enjoy serving you from this place of wholeness. The things I want to do for you, the things I want to do with you and yes, even the things I want to do to you when I take charge in the bedroom. I enjoy leading, I enjoy following, life is that constant dance. And at the still point, there The Dance Is. I am a constant work in progress and open to limitless modifications from within. My energy shifts and flows, my mood rises with the stars and falls with the tides. That makes me more human as we realize life is ALL energy in constant motion. So for there to be change, which is constant and enjoyable and represents growth, what MUST remain unwavering? There MUST be something that DOES not shift or change or get its knickers in a temper tantrum twist every time the dummy is spat, yes just what the fuck is that immutable, immovable, strong as anything "energy" that NEVER changes? In my lived experience that unwavering source energy is LOVE. From love NOT for love. That unwavering energy is CONSCIOUSNESS, is unwavering SELF WORTH is unwavering SELF LOVE is unadulterated PURE SELF KNOWLEDGE. So yes, when I say get to know thy SELF, FIRST, that is what I really mean. Who am "i"? before the world told me who to be... Who do I want to be whole and total and complete with? FIRST. Me! Joyous Self Love without mind attachments or limiting limits then share that enough is enough over flow with an other. Share with An equal. Share from two full self love cups and the dance gets wild. The dance gets still. The dance of life gets connected, gets totally, gets completely, gets mutually aligned and hotly kind. Full of your self first? Why yes, of course you are. Who else would YOU want to be full of? Society? Mummy and Daddy? Media? Church? Other people TELLING you who you are? Of course self love self worth self knowledge is to be humbly full of your self. You know it makes sense, so get on it rockstars and let your light shine. Unapologetic. Unadulterated. Unwavering. Self Love, self care, True Nature, consciousness, your own. Simple, common, ordinary, everywhere. Grounded. NOT ascended. Centred, NOT transcended. Here NOW, not off in some complex philosophical lala land seeking searching reaching trying hard lost in living a half life NOT yet realising there is NOTHING to realise? YOU already are THE CONSCIOUSNESS. from love NOT for love once you dismiss and discard and drop all that you are NOT. See how simple from the fullness of self love REALLY is... So FILL IT UP, spice it up, heat and hear it up and simply let me adore YOU. Are YOU really ready to receive because I am coming in for a landing. This Big Bird wants to land and needs a well lit NON confusing runway to come on down. This plain eagle wants to come down and flock around with the fun loving pigeons. Birds of a feather same same but same same. It is all energy my friendly little flocker. So let me come and preen your fine downy feathers. Adored, respected, in mutual loving madness with kind harmless mischief. Birds and Beasts and Beauty and Bloody GREAT uncommon bonding times. It is all OK, just NEVER Be an unkind asshole by trying hard to tell someone who to be. Once YOU realise your own TRUE NATURE is consciousness, NOTHING is ever a chore ever again. Unless you choose the energy of hanging onto suffering and repeated pain and attached mind farts that get you Nowhere. Why even do that none sense TO your SELF? Why get all miserable and mope and complex and convoluted? When YOUR true nature is right there at the tip of your VERY cute and totally awesome nose? Once you realise, there is NOTHING to realise. We CREATURES all already are The ONE universal Consciousness. Once we drop all that we are NOT.

I also realize I always have so much still to learn about life and YOU in this ONE MOMENT. Because EVERY moment is unique and fresh and a first. If we are really telling the WHOLE truth. That is...

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know.
