Be Ordinary, enough, Outstanding In Your Field. Till the soil, fertile, feed  humbly unique lights as dung rises the resilience in stronger stem, bow, boughs, Until we gift our bearers roots, shoots and leaves a taste of succulence in eye scent in wide open palettes, feeling with dripping thanks, a fruit, full, life ‘The capacity to be alone is the capacity to love.  It may look paradoxical to you, but it is not.  It is an existential truth: only those persons who are capable of being alone  are capable of love, of sharing,  of going into the deepest core of the other person -  without possessing the other,  without becoming dependent on the other,  without reducing the other to a thing, and  without becoming addicted to the other.   They allow the other absolute freedom,  because they know that if the other leaves,  they will be as happy as they are now.  Their...

Couple's Fantasy

"One of the common things I hear when I speak with couples is an underlying fantasy that goes something like this: by Matt Licata “We’re supposed to feel connected all the time. And if we don’t, that is clear evidence that something is wrong with the relationship.” While it isn’t always said (or felt) explicitly, this idea is often alive under the surface, playing out in chronic conflict and disappointment. In response, we try to figure out how we can always “feel connected,” subtly shaming and pathologizing the authenticity of our separateness and the truth that no feeling is permanent or vast enough to be the single representative of the relational field. We lose touch with the reality that the beloved will make use of whatever energy (feeling, image, mood, sensation) it/ she/ he/ they must to remind us of how vast love is and of everything that longs for illumination within us. The temple of intimacy is inherently provocative, contradictory, creative, and unresolvable...

The Thunder, Perfect Mind

I was sent forth from the power, and I have come to those who reflect upon me, and I have been found among those who seek after me. Look upon me, you who reflect upon me, and you hearers, hear me. You who are waiting for me, take me to yourselves. And do not banish me from your sight. And do not make your voice hate me, nor your hearing. Do not be ignorant of me anywhere or any time. Be on your guard! Do not be ignorant of me. For I am the first and the last. I am the honored one and the scorned one. I am the whore and the holy one. I am the wife and the virgin. I am <the mother> and the daughter. I am the members of my mother. I am the barren one and many are her sons. I am she whose wedding is great, and I have not taken a husband. I am the midwife and she who does not bear. I am the solace of my labor pains. I am the bride and the bridegroom, and it is my husband who begot me. I am the mother of my father and the sister of my husband and he is my offspr...

PAM YOUNGHANS from her North Point Astrology Journal says: “The 29th degree of any sign is called a ‘critical degree.’ It is a point of transition, the last degree before the next sign begins. “When an astrological event occurs at this degree, it emphasizes the completion of something. “We have an enhanced awareness of what needs to be left behind so that a new beginning can be made… “It is the climax of the lunar cycle, representing culmination and crisis… “Because the Moon is in Libra, the sign that represents relationships and alliances, this is likely to be a crucial time in partnerships in all its forms— personal, business, and international. And, with Uranus and Eris activated, issues may erupt suddenly and forcefully. “The Moon is fortified by being aligned with the fixed star Izar at the time of the Full Moon.  Astrologer Roderick Kidston writes that: ‘There is a huge fund of enthusiasm streaming from Izar. It can be one of the warrior stars, either in...
