To assist the simplest thing on earth

consideration is attractive.
compassion is attractive.
consistency is attractive.
decisiveness is attractive.
clear, calm, non violent 
DEEP communication is SUPER attractive.
thoughtfulness is attractive.
shared, light hearted, co created joy 
is the absolute FULL TURN ON.

simply
dismiss discard and drop
anything that does not align with these
CORE VALUES. 

Then finally we all realize
AFTER 
all the exhausting reaching 
and loopy loop futile seeking and
soul searching and 
god forbid teen angst "healing"

THAT there was NEVER anything to REALIZE.
All creatures already whole and sacred 
and divine and GREAT
already ARE the consciousness.

ONCE WE DROP ALL THAT WE ARE NOT.

simple common
ordinary everywhere. 

Fresh BORN 
moment to moment

Get on IT rockstars.
Why so serious? 
Unless it is...
Simply 
LIGHTEN UP. 

Shared Stillness and 
Mutual Silence really is 
GOLD ON... 

Consciously 
Sharing your energy with someone 
and then having them intentionally weaponize 
that to hurt you 
can make you question everything 
about how sensitive you are. 

DO NOT LET CHAOTIC OR 
FRACTIOUS INSECURITIES 
OR 
ANY LACK OF SIMPLE WHOLE 
CALM CONSCIOUSNESS (aka "self worth") 
BRING YOU DOWN.

connected consciousness

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know.
