Does their fully felt and connected energy  meet your alignments for connection, care, respect, intimacy and love.  And then provide or deny access accordingly.  Simple self respect,  simple self worth,  simple unwavering consciousness.  Connect from love with what is actually here.  Stop trying to fix it, change it, get over it, or deny it.  Be still, be tender, be vulnerable, be real.  Simply Fall into the abyss of The Present Moment.  "All love is expansion, all selfishness is contraction. One way energetic mis alignment (aka chaos/crisis//disembodiment) will (try to) divert you is to engage you in drama.  A deep sense of accomplishment comes from when you;  i) simply don’t let that happen  ii) instead lean into authentic creative work & positive relationships proximal to you.  iii) remain centred & grounded in your own unwavering consciousness. (Aka “self worth”) Patterns of Crisis and Drama and chaos ARE powerful,  but lame.   Sentience and spirit go “all the way down” from the planet to subatomic particles.   Kindness is pure living energy and the stuff that greatness is made out of. Kindness is often a simple act, which doesn’t need to cost a single cent, and it can be truly life transforming.   Kindness can be used as a stepping-stone to learn to love, which is our greatest virtue.
