JOY ATTRACTS JOY
Developing sensitivity is a slowing down. When we slow down, we intentionally enter into an inner silence. And in this inner silence any core beliefs about ourselves that are not aligned to this silence or wholeness are highlighted. We can finally “hear” what challenges may be there to consciously integrate and welcome home. Wholeness is not a goal. It returns, if comes home, wholeness arrives when we simply realise, it has always been there, once we are receptive, once we slow down to allow grace to both find us, and enter. And remaining lighthearted and playful through this remembering, is simply being kindly self compassionate, to your own authentic true nature. How do you consciously choose to receive challenges? How do you handle challenges? What is your why? What motivates? What solutions? What actions? What choices? What priorities? There really is no right or wrong answers. Just your way. Kindly your way.
