Normalize saying, I don't know enough about this to have an opinion and then continue to pay attention, be astonished and tell about it, the discoveries of what you do not know. There is something so magical about just listening to the sounds coming from nature and relearning that language. For even in the chaos of atoms colliding, the chaos of volcanic explosion, the chaos of cellular division, there is wisdom and beauty and new earth and new life created. So continue to walk patiently through this beauty filled world and you’ll find a great treasure. Do not drink from the sullied stream running through town, instead return to your own clear, clean, deep well and drink your fill. Even though your house is small, look within it, listen to the most subtle silence and you will discover the secrets of the unseen world. Rumi knows The Best ShiFt. Listen. Learn. Possibly even get out of your own way and Laugh. More. 
 
I promise you, not a single friendship or relationship is worth damaging your mental health over. 
I promise you, not a single misaligned energy will bring you the growth you desire. 
I promise you, be kind and meet with compassion even the addicted, the loud and lonely, the insecure lost in living for they too have much to release, if not teach.  
Ask Are You Ok? 
Witness the beauty contained deeply within confusion and chaos and insecurity. 
Ask better questions to understand. 
Meet all with compassion. 
Treat all with kindness. 
Dive deeper to a foundational core. Who Am I? 
Know who YOU are. Know what you DON'T want. Know what you DESERVE.
Own Thy Own and take NO one else's projections. 
And DO NOT settle for less. 

Leave all feeling lighter for sharing but do not take on a load or burden or energy that is NOT yours.
Simply feel all the energy and let the ONE moment be exactly as it is.  Listen and be a conduit, offer no advice, (unless asked) offer an ear, offer your presence, but it is not your role to heal anyone except your Self. Who Am I? Really? Beyond the unconscious, beyond healing, beyond basic shadow work, the return to a re integrated wholeness, Returning To Your Own True Nature, is an individual responsibility.  Whenever any are ready to reflect, receive the Whole Self and surrender to their own True Nature, their unadulterated, unaddicted, unattached self. Although this is a free choice of any sovereign being, there is NO choice to Be, you. It is futile to try and be anyone else except you, so there really is NO CHOICE, there is NO PATH, there is NO JOURNEY, wholeness is THE simplest thing on earth and is already here. Be Whole, Be The Totality, Be ONE Creature in Creation, just as creation intended. 

So Be The Rock Steady Light House, The Clear Clean Visible Light House, The Simple, Flowing Repeating Light House. Those who choose to see, may. There is NO compulsion to navigate life eyes wide open, those who see and ignore the Light, do so at their peril. Why The Fuck even have a light if there is no need, no message, no one to invite to sea? Go figure... why ships (and lives) still choose to wreck...to run aground and sink without trace...? When all they may choose to do is keep an eyes wide look out, alert not alarmed, aware not anxious, relaxed and capably navigating, despite the dark swells and unpredictable storms of The Beautiful Open Sea. 

Know who you are, know what you don't want, know what you deserve and do not settle for less. Simple, direct, non addictive, no attachments, no projections, no merging, no co-dependency, fully compassionate and deeply connected in Self knowledge, fun loving, joyous and always kind and simply self aligned. With fierce tenderness, pay attention, simplify, minimize and reduce, then with a trusted, grounded, deep lived experience, dismiss anything that insults your heart or soul. Why so serious...? Unless it is... You have so got this.

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know. I mean that you don't really know anything - that you really don't understand the world, you don't really understand each other, and you ... really don't understand yourself. This is such an obvious thing when we really take a moment and look around. When you look at the world that human beings have created and how we relate to each other, it's so obvious that we don't know anything at all. .
