Consciously Choose Commitment, Tenderness and Devotion.
A Spiritual Relationship rooted in consciousness, truth and love is not something we arrive at.
It is co created slowly, day by day, moment to moment.
It is a simple commitment to baring our hearts, putting down our swords and armor and letting ourselves be truly seen.
It is a devotion to our Self and Our Beloved and a willingness to see through fresh eyes and curiosity from moment to moment.
We are closed hearted when we choose to hold our True Self or our partner to a version we've created in our minds rather than seeing clearly in the present moment.
We are closed when we keep score, build resentment, hold back our truth, defend and guard.
We are closed when we have expectations of how things should be, not as they actually are.
We are open when we know and choose our True Self, then share that mutual wholeness with an aligned equal, a kind and worthy partner and then devote ourselves to love and truth.
We open as we put down our swords, reveal our hearts and let ourselves be seen.
We open when we listen, ask better questions to deepen connection and resolve any differences quickly through non violent communication.
Spiritual Relationships are not something we arrive at, they are a way of being, a devotional practice that requires our life energy for as long as we breathe. They require us to Be The Love.
From Love, not for love. From wholeness, not perfection. Prioritize The Connection.
It is a mistake to think we know everything about our partners, there is always more to be revealed.
Moment to moment tenderness and reverence, endless curiosity, mutual devotion, and commitment to truth, respect, and love above all.
We know who we are, we know what we don't want, we know what we deserve and we make intentional and conscious choices to not settle for less. We create and hold space for each other in a safe and transparent, and yet spacious container of mutual committed growth.
These are some of the ingredients those living consciously, consciously choose.
