and BE in our bodies, 

taking time to feel and open our senses to the world around us.

it feels very supportive to have their 

grounding influence at this time
there is a lot that is changing in our worlds 

as we are in the midst of big shifts in consciousness, 

in both our personal and collective realms

we are at the start of a new time for us
