There is nothing more common than smart and talented people who tell themselves that they're gonna pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations or sales career after working for someone else for a few years, often in real estate and car sales. They end up falling in love with the security and comfort of a minimum monthly paycheck, and the years become decades and they completely forget that they once had challenging personal ambitions. They just end up bouncing from dead end jobs to dead end relationships to dead end limiting shallows, spending their whole lives glumly marketing and glibly selling and enabling the dream of someone else. 

Excellence does not stand still. 

Learning does not stand still. 

Follow global trends, pay attention, do your own research, listen to experts, watch for opportunity study hard and level up your skills. 

Excellence expands and evolves without elevated self imposed limits or pretensions.

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know. I mean that you don't really know anything - that you really don't understand the world, you don't really understand each other, and you ... really don't understand yourself. This is such an obvious thing when we really take a moment and look around. When you look at the world that human beings have created and how we relate to each other, it's so obvious that we don't know anything at all. .
