A man or woman who realizes their own True Nature is a man/woman who will love you. They understand their own sexual energy, fully. You won’t ever have to question their intentions or loyalty. It’s hard to love others if we don’t yet realize what "from love not for love" simply means, and that love is only experienced and shared through realizing your own True Nature, your own consciousness, first. So simply ask "who am I before The World told me who to be?" Dissolve the questioner, NOT answer the question. Get out of your own way. Drop all that YOU are not. Dismiss all the limiting and limited attached "terms & conditions". Discard compare, compete, control and contest, all the attached societal expectations. Those that may add excessive stress and tiresome worry and disabling dis ease (the energies of conflict/chaos/drama) to your inner somatic cellular system.

Instead simply be internally satisfied, be at peace with who you really are,
NOT judged and compared and competing externally.
So please, Lighten UP. Freshen UP. Rise UP. Give it all UP.
A round of hearty applause for what truly matters.
Consciousness is THE only whole love language.
All else is a far from whole dis integrated ego to dis integrated ego.
A people pleasing leaky lesson.
A perfectionist and procrastinator.
A counterfeit empath who drowns in over share, who leaks and absorbs all stories (without grace, elegance, style, nuance or discernment) that run through shallow, callow, narrow LIMITING and limited ATTACHED minds.

Instead simply rise up with HIGHER standards and agile and flexible and yet non porous boundaries. Know who you are, really. Know what you deserve, firstly. Know what you DO NOT want, most importantly. And finally, simply, sensually, commonly, ordinarily DO NOT settle for less.
Common sense is NOT that common.
Common sensuality, a kind connection, a wild Truth, coming from love NOT for love, for YOUR own True Nature firstly, is even LESS common.
Consciousness is COMMON and all of us already are that.
Once you dismiss all that YOU are NOT.
Once you ditch all the hangers on. And tired worn out memories.
Once you drop all the ATTACHED mind conditions.
Any remaining attached limitations of the mind are also more than OK and included and accepted in ONE benign universe. Does not mean YOU have to agree to any one else's attached MIND limits or attached THOUGHT limitations.
Those who may still be attached to stale old thoughts and still attached to the "monkey mind" and then "think" it is all for attached chemical romance of crazy chaotic dramatic anxious teen angst love. Sounds exhausting? And IT is...
Those living wholly live ONLY in the moment. No future, No past. Just NOW.
Until we realize that fresh flowing infinite, eternal witness of our own True Nature MOMENT to MOMENT, we do not yet realize who is really running The Inner Show. Attached MIND with external routine expectations?
Or Free flow of moment to moment simple, common, ordinary, everywhere, presence and can handle whatever presents right NOW because YOU have the calm, inner, infinite, eternal, wildly spontaneous open protected heart space (aka "consciousness") to handle whatever your choices lead to?

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know.
