especially one that's been trapped in your body for a long time, 
this is when you'll feel most alive 
AND the most challenged.

Rise.

Pay Better Attention
Prioritise self care; sleep, sunshine, silence, solitude and serenity. 
There is no limit now as more conditional limits are removed. 
Expand and Evolve. 
Repeat. 
As many times as you need to. 
Create MORE Inner Space to Allow and Receive. 
Limit Less. 
Fresh, 
moment to moment. 
Reality rewards and suprises us all once we realise
There is NOTHING to realise. 
This is IT. 
This is ALL. 
This ONE momentous moment IS ONE whole life,
Why try hard to reach for more? 
Why try hard to control a future that never arrives for it does not exist?
Why stay attached to the dim distant past? 
Why moan and groan and whinge and whine about now? 
To Be or NOT To Be? 
That is still The Quest Shone!
