Once we realise we already are The One Undivided Consciousness

we already ARE The Truth of Self.

our mission if we choose to accept it...

is to simply, gently, tenderly, fiercely,

let go of all that we are not.

Unmask, unravel, 

come completely undone like a seed unfurling,

lit from within, we simply emerge,
in each infitesimal, minute
moment.

And how do we actually BE this?
Be who we already ARE?

The consciousness revealed, 

the consciousness ALREADY whole 

and total and full and absolute?

One Creature In One Creation?

Every sentient Being as the consciousness already.
No force, no seeking, no path, no journey, no reaching, no ritual, no practices,
(of course IF you need daily unharmful reminders of who we all already are, please do so...)

Simply Be
relax, nothing is under control

learn and relax and surrender, 

give it ALL up and simply be your own best self,
learn and let go and surrender 

to be without conditional labels and attachments,

learn and observe and witness and be 

without inner anxieties and attachments

let go of counterfeit empathy, 

a messy sucked in swamp 

of indiscriminate feelings 

that are NOT even yours

Know where YOUR energetic boundaries

Trust others to realise their own back,
Trust THEM to actually realise 

who they really are at their rock solid unwavering, 

unchanging, unadulterated core.

Consciousness could NOT be any simpler

ONCE we drop all that we are not. 

This is the inner quiet thunder of a focussed reserved courage, 

not attention seeking

not insecure

not attached to "thinking" you know

not noisy nosy anxiously worrying

not people pleasing perfectly procrastinating

a reserved realisation of

already FULL of self love to overflowing.

This is the inner authentic core valued bravery, 

already TOTAL and immutably solid.

external expert labels

get rid of all that muck and crap and facade of fake fake fake

LIGHTEN UP LET GO 

we UNATTACH and let go 

of less ons learned and now 

moved on from. 

From LOVE not for love 

is the strongest simplest unwavering unchanging thing in the universe

as is consciousness.

From LOVE must be consciousness

Consciousness MUST be from love.

love NEVER Breaks, if it is a condition of who YOU actually are

consciousness NEVER breaks, if it is who you realise YOU already are

If it ceases to be, it was never LOVE to begin with, 

Relating FOR lust may break 

Relating for convenience or comfort and transactional kindness may break

Relating FOR rubbing two dis integrated far from whole egos up against one another for a friction causing CONFLICT and hedonistic pleasure, may break

Relating MAY break, relating may end, relating may contain conflict 

From a full LOVE as consciousness NEVER breaks. 

LOVE as the reality of consciousness NEVER goes away and never diminishes. 

So simply be The Love. As consciousness. 

Share and Create The Love. AS consciousness. 

Every Little Thing is gunna be (is already) alright. As consciousness. 

Once we ditch and discard and drop 

any remaining attached beliefs or attached projects 

Drop the self medicated suppressive, limiting, anxious, boring "thinkers" 

Let The Insecure attention seeking be

Let the staid stuck boring attached wah wah noisy nosy be

Let all those people pleasing perfectionism projections BE. 
It is all OK, all included, not agree, 

once we accept NOT agree 

once we include, not agree, 

FROM LOVE. (not for love) 

as unwavering unchanging consciousness.

we simply ask in reflection

"Is this fully conscious choice supporting my highest good?"

and if it's NOT supporting YOUR evolution? 

why do that...

and IF your choice is NOT supporting YOUR return to who you've always been? 

why do that...

and if YOUR choices of living a LESS than FULL FILLED life and calling it living? 

why do that...

why do anything in self ignorance that takes you further away from True Nature?

why reach hard for external validations
or seek external attachments that drain them
or steal energy from external sources
and prop up self ignorance,  

leak leak leak an insecure lack of self esteem 

by blaming all those "others" 

over there....

you know the self ignorant ones 

who can't calmly abide in self knowledge

still attached to drama and crisis and chaos 

as their "normal" central nervous system

still unaware that a 

strong and consistent,
calm and considerate,
kind and aligned 

ENERGY is actually 

consciousness IN practice.

And IT is already who we all are.
So how do you practically demonstrate 

and share and actualise that consciousness?

How do YOu show up real and strong and consistent? 

As The Consciousness?

How do you show up calm and listening and receptive? 

As the Consciousness?

How do you show up considerate and kind and aligned? 

As the Consciousness?

Consciouness is the ONE common simple ordinary thing

if anyone needs to attach to afflictions and "external confidence boosters", 

to lighten up and de stress, 

from the facades, 

let them.

if anyone needs to attach to a non harmful "bottle" or pacifier 

or attach to a swipe right lonely you'll do adolescent crutch 

or attach to bangs and bongs and gold digging fast bucks 

or attach to rituals or practices because of a lack of self knoledge and self esteem

and a still a self ignorant rampant facade of insecurity, 

love them EVEN more and 

let them BE

Karma comes and reminds us all of The One Truth. 

Consciousness 

to let go all we are not so YOUR true light can shine. 

Let people be exactly as they are.
Karma never loses an address.
Patience reveals all.

If it deserves to be destroyed by The Truth, it will be, so be it.

Align NOT agree.
Flow NOT agree.
Understanding is over rated.
If it is beyond a current comprehension,

accepts a non harmful range of diversity

BUT may NOT agree 
CONSCIOUSNESS 

ACCEPTS non harmful differances and inclusions 

BUT DOES NOT agree. 

Those desperate will hang on tightly to less than projects 

and then wonder why conflict comes far too often? 

Joy is your birthrite, right?

Simplify. SELF Validate and realise your own True Nature,

Support and align with those who realise The Truth and Love and Connection
