The lush lost in living addictive narrow one tracks 

The obviously un listening, disinterested or arrogant entitled 

mean n nasty assholes 


Know What You Deserve 

Standards are not expectations 

Clear kind concise, 

open gently potent 

A life long learner with funky fail forward Lived experience 

An authentic full spectrum reintegrated wholeness NOT perfection. 

Music and fun and joy and wild spontaneous adventures 

Dance ones arse off as a start middle end 

Cosy and cuddling and care in those quiet silent nights in

A Subtle well nuanced of multiple intelligences

 

It is all ok 

as an inner spacious and grounded gracious presence is felt and created by choice not chance 

An equal who chooses and co creates consciously shared grounded sleepers 

The co created parallel universes of self knowledgeable sovereign beings who are gently boundaried 

Those who take no shit, kindly, respectfully and willingly engage in open conflict resolutions.

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know.
