Hold Truth Ever So Lightly

"You think you own your identity own your individuality but it owns you.
Thinking you own the thought of yourself, until you know the meaning of the word ‘I’, the thought ‘of I’ owns you.
Until you own up to the truth of yourself your not knowing owns you.
What is a thought an idea, who owns who?
You own the thought or thought owns you?
As long as you don’t know, ignorance owns you. Fear owns you.
Ignorance? What ignorance?
I know myself.
According to who?
According to name, identity?
As long as you see yourself as name and identity, identity owns you.
Knowing yourself according to anything, seeing yourself as your riches, your degree, qualification, as your poverty, underlying and identifying with anything the need of identification owns you.
Thinking you own everything, when even a tiny part goes missing, thinking it’s you, you go missing.
Meanwhile are you ever missing?
Owned by everything, because you take yourself to be something you are not, it’s real owner, you are missing.
Missing in everyone’s life is the most important part:
Oneself.

Thinking everything else is more important than you are, you are missing.
For you to become the owner of you; your life, your existence, knowledge of yourself is needed.
To fill in the missing piece, you need to acknowledge who you are.

Can you recognize whose name it is?
Whose things they are?
Who are you without any of the things you are named and identified with?
Without anything?
Without knowing that you will always be missing.
Knowledge being the only thing missing, until you become knowledgeable, missing in everything, every part of your life, including the very centre of your life is - you."

If duality does not exist, then why talk about non-duality?
Let alone give a teaching on it? Why talk or even teach about something that does not exist!
Traditional teachings talk of the Reality which ever exists: You. The Reality that is ever present, ever fresh and ever constant as yourself. Your existence is Real. Your existence is all important. Self being already who you are; the consciousness itself has just to be pointed out.

Being conscious is no big deal. Being conscious is effortless.

Try being unconscious! It’s all about what being conscious and existing means. Universally one and the same, what is ever existing; Self, already ’One without a second’, being all that is; permanent, Self is not difficult to find and recognise. In fact if we find the right teacher and teaching, although Self seems hidden and invisible, knowing how to point it out the invisible instantly becomes visible. Trying to be something else; a thought; an idea of who we are or should be creates the idea of two. Creating all our stress, trying to resolve the thought takes up all our time and effort. Either we explode the ‘I’ of consciousness, which is one ‘without a second’ or, lost in all our ideas, thoughts and beliefs, of the Reality overwhelm us and, who we are and what is existing goes unnoticed and remains unknown."
