Allow Life and Love and Grief To Deepen, For No Reason.
"Love that ends, is the shadow of love.
The Sufi Message and the Sufi Movement
Each situation we come across in life offers us the opportunity
to see the truth if we are open to it.
A daily practice of slowing down,
taking a couple of deep breaths and observing things as they really are
can help us move closer towards a state of peace and stillness in the mind.
The Asato Maa mantra from the Upanishads
is used by many practitioners as a daily acknowledgment of moving towards truth:
Asato Maa
Om Asato Maa Sad-Gamaya
Tamaso Maa Jyotir-Gamaya
Mrtyor-Maa Amrtam Gamaya
Come More Alive
My Wider Spectrum,
Create More Space
My Many Multitudes,
Come Dance With Me
My Magic of A Momentary Nature.
Hold More Life,
Hold More Grief,
Hold More Love
For It is All ok.
Create This Sublime Space,
Accept, allow, alure,
Attune to This Total Beauty,
Be Wholly Consumed,
Sensually Connected,
Do Not Be Afraid,
Be The Presence,
Unsullied Unattached,
Do Not Hang On,
Feel, flow and simply grow.
We Are Far From The Shallows Now
Be Real and Feel and
Breathe Into The Light of My Immortal Depths
More Life, More Grief, More Love,
The Darkness, The Light, Fresh Edges,
The Depths of My Scything Spectrum
Cuts slices allows and accepts,
penetrates, pauses, simply serene,
My Next Fresh Deeper Breath.

"Grief is harder than death.
It is not the fact that she died - but rather that she is gone from us here, that I grieve.
Death itself is intended. The end of the jig. The final alarm. It is waking up on the other side of the grave and coming to learn that you still exist. Light as a feather, buoyant old soul, pain-free and flying. Looking upon us here on this side weeping tears into the graves.
Grief is harder than death.
Death is about flowers and Earth and returning to the cycle, a rhythm, our eternal relationship to everything. Spirit and matter dancing. Spirit and matter resting. If the leaves did not fall from the trees they could not feed the grass. If generations did not pass we could not be here. I give thanks to death, but grief..
Grief is harder than death.
It whines in the night, it aches like a starving stomach, asks impossible questions. It makes your love into a song that you whistle into the dark until, one day, it whistles back."
Thank you Erin
