Learning (NOT systemic legacy OLD school education) is common sense to simply keep up.

EVERY business IS already DIGITAL. 

Now there are just cheaper, faster, more secure, more transparent and more accountable ways of learning and doing business. This stuff is NOT new or revolutionary or difficult. 

It simply requires co creation, community, consideration, collaboration and commitment.

TO LEARNING (globally/universally/totally) 

IN THE MOMENT, learning fresh, learning current, learning flow, learning create. 

That is all this DLT RWA "revolution" is revealing. 

Who are the dynamic fresh moment to moment learners creating their OWN dreams

and who are the old world ancient his story followers, working their fingers to bone (the bosses tune) for minimum wage? 

This emergence is allowing GLOBALLY connected populations to simply enter the now OLD digital economy. 

And these preciously excluded populations to compete EQUALLY and work hard FOR THEM SELF and be rewarded for their own CREATIVE LEARNING. Cuts out a lot of old world legacy NONE SENSE and inefficiency and these old previously leading economies are (or should be) rapidly  updating. THEIR nations ability to LEARN (not just DLT/RWA) and apply that LEARNING to build create and innovate. 

Or as some nations like the USA are fear full of, go the way of the economic dinosaur... 

Keep UP and lead or stagnate and die. 

Some legacy nations who once lead economically,  will struggle once massive untapped human potential comes on stream. (read LEARNING with and by digital RWA DLT in Middle East, Africa, Asia and India, the places currently CREATING massive digital free trade zones and other LEARNING innovations) 

NOT stuck and staid old world with a life time legacy mind set or sandstone degree.. "that's the way we've always done it..." blinkers on and closed or arrogant or ignorant minds limited and limiting to what is ALREADY here. 

Leadership will gravitate towards those who unlearn, relearn and repeat for life. 

People, communities, whole countries and economies. 

The responsibility is FINALLY shifting after decades of cliches, To learning FOR YOUR SELF.

Staying abreast of where the world is heading and has been for a long time.

NOT told or sold or limiting and limited or legacy education/institutions controlled and run by who? 

DLT and RWA is simply realising who YOU are and what this evolutionary way of creating and realising YOUR dreams means.
