I’ve reached a point in my life where I do not have energy to sit and dissect someone’s feelings towards me. I’ve learned to trust my own discernment and simply shift when the vibes get weird or out of alignment. Especially when people act oblivious to their own actions and behaviors. 

I am uninterested in tangling up my heart, soul and auric field with confusion and psychic games. 

These things just don’t need to disturb my peace anymore. Knowing my heart and intentions are always kind and aligned and wildly grounded and wickeldy pure we all have a higher divine purpose to tend to as Self Knowledge, your own consciousness. The ONLY love language that matters. 

So Choose you. 100% Everytime, First. 

Because when you start choosing you, you start attracting everything that is also choosing you. 

Self love is the highest frequency that attracts everything you desire. 

Prioritizing your own True Nature shifts how the Universe responds to you. 

You are signalling that you are whole and complete and totally worthy. 

Pay attention to the term "glimmer" which is the opposite of a trigger. 

Glimmers are those moments that make you feel joy, happiness, peace, or gratitude. 

Once you train your wide open protected, connected heart to be more aware of glimmers, 

these beautiful moments will appear more and more. 

The glimmers I most easily connect with are imperfect people, 

I love those fresh flowing energies that simply put their dis integrated ego aside, 

take response ABILITY for their own behaviour choices 

and what they bring to the table, how deeply they reflect and actually change their behaviour. 

That self awareness, that self accountability, 

and emotional maturity is attractive af. 

"Glimmers" of infinite and eternal consciousness are ever so simple. 

So common and ordinary and everywhere. 

If YOU are paying attention to YOUR own True Nature. 

Consciousness is your own Whole True Nature in action; 

it is the simplest and most common and ordinary and everywhere THING in existence. 

Once we pay better attention and drop all that we are not. 

Be Grounded, be centred, be whole and total, integrate, 

feel one whole LIFE fully, accept, include, (NOT agree) 

and ask, why so serious? 

Unless it is...

Loosen UP, freshen UP, lighten UP, 

connect and move as THE WHOLE PRESENCE of energy, moment to moment. 

Do NOT ignore, do not anxiously escape and try and contol the future, 

get depressively pissed on a wasted checked out Only One Happy Hour, 

then people please, and procrastinate, and try hard to be a perfectionist with anxious destination addiction, or worse, counterfeit empathy without discerning boundaries. 

Then you wonder why your energy is tied, tired and BORING, 

you fall over, you check out, you disconnect from a heart centred true nature 

and attach instead to a busy over thinking head space, 

finger pointing blaming and shaming all those "others" over there, 

racist, limiting, sexist, limited, misogynistic, narrow, callow, shallow, 

ill informed, doofus and staid stuck UP and dumb or dumber! 

All OK, all included, all accepted, 

I SIMPLY MAY NOT AGREE with your imposed labels of limitations.  

Beyond all of that and worst of all are limiting religious bigots 

attached to creeds, attached to beliefs and attached to ONLY one good book, 

the woo woo goo roo of "spiritual by pass" 

of attached happy clapping as all that malarky of artificial intelligence 

by passes The One Reality of This One Moment, 

with self ignorance of pissed, checked out, stoned, 

run away little baby style and spiritual woo woo religious righteousness and transcendence. 

What an absolute LOAD of crap, 

when your own True Nature of consciousness is far far simpler 

and easy and common and ordinary and everywhere 

than all those attached convoluted, complex, external mind fucked labels 

of "terms and conditions". 

Ones YOU didn't even read, 

blindly boxed ticked, 

let alone REALLY signed up for...  (devil is always in The Detail...) 

So Pay attention, be astonished, tell about it. #PABATAI 

slow TF down, internally, 

get grounded, connect Directly to The Earth more regularly.

re connect to EACH and EVERY Breath, internally, 

intentionally and consciously, connect FULLY as The Consciousness. And Breath. 

Especially recognise and honour the two pauses in 

EVERY BREATH cycle, 

internally, 

Just. Stop. It. Intrinsically. 

Lighten UP. Internally. 

Connect, elementary. Connect. Simple. Ordinary. Simple. 

Connect WITHIN to your own calm abiding your own ONE whole TRUE NATURE 

Connect to YOU as the presence of Everywhere as THE ONE WHOLE consciousness

Same energy attracts same energy.

Connected Grounded Centred Wild Simple, Common, Ordinary, One INTEGRATED Whole.
