It's hard to consciously create momentum if you are dividing your attention.

If you remain unfocused, ill disciplined and unable to connect to your own priorities you will flounder. 

Lost in living a half life, AND thinking it is living. 

Chained and trapped and tightly tethered to external expectations. 

Absorbing NONE sense. NON sensual. NONE sense. 

Swallowing media absorbing media fractured focus media and lost in living pack aged projections.

Getting all sucked in and lost by believing and attaching to external Rubbish. 

Awfully draining. Awfully swampy. Awfully divided and unable to focus on YOUR life. 

Remaining Disconnected from your heart and soul. 

Totally Attached to the mind. Lost. Drained. Contesting. Competing. Controlling. Lost. 

All stuck staid and deeply rutted in an overly intellectual THINKING head. 

Attached. 

Attached to someone else's opinion

Attached to external projections.

Attached to adult children or partners or jobs of wah wah noisy nosy lost in living a half life. 

Attached to lowering your own self worth NOT even aware of the lack of true nature as consciousness. 

As you grow and lighten up and create MORE inner space to hold YOUR own multitudes,

you drop, discard and ditch all those fixated barnacles of external programming.

AS you realise there is NOTHING to realise,

YOU already ARE 100% divine already,

Don't be afraid to lose people.

Cull the crisis.

Drop the doofus.

Let go of the lower vibe stuck barriers that prevent you living a FULL life.

Be afraid of losing yourself by trying to please everyone around you.

Above all else,
guard your wide open heart,
for everything you do flows from it.
Be openly considerate. Do NOT mind attach.
Be kindly compassionate. Do not ATTACH.
Be connected to YOUR own True Nature, Firstly. Consciousness comes FIRST.
commune and share and dance and sing and create and laugh and be joyous in aligned communities.
From love, not for love.
Partner not a project.
Wild not feral.
One Totally Re Integrated Energy
One Wildly Whole Energy
One Calm Considerate energy,
not a fractured floozy ENERGY
NOT an angry, shallow, unresolved blaming shaming ENERGY
NOT an ENERGY that is scattered; compete, compare, contest INSECURE & materialistic,
NOT an ENERGY that is NON listening, unreceptive, loopy loop cold & unsensual,
NOT an ENERGY that is insecure, controlling anxious, darkly stuck & depressed,
NOT a chaotic, crazy feral fear full trapped dramatic energy

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know.
