"Truth is not spiritual.
It is Truth,
Truth, Once established, it cannot be negated.
That is freedom
That is messy imperfection
That is Being Human.
That is infinite space,
that is attuned to True Nature, inner and outer.
That is sovereignty of Trust. Core valued.
My journey is pathless, no one else's.
Thank mentors and lead learners who stay in their lane,
sharing generously. Humble, imperfect and directly simple.
Innocent wholeness before the myth of separation.
Love all, trust in divine magic and dark mystery.
Let sadness Be. Let Joy Be.
Let It In, feel life energy in motion (e-motion) fully
Let it Be, exactly as it is without judgement. It is all ok.
Let it Go. Allow, Shift happens and grow.
Concurrently feel and hold life's paradox, as more calm centred space is created. 

Remove more barnacles daily.
Energy is Transient and flowing,
integrate the dark as it rises, allow and accept your New Skin.
That is Being Human. Not spiritual.
That is messy real and authentic.
That is sitting with uncertainty.
I may Be dead next breath, so don't wait. Ever.
Love more, ridiculously more.
That is Human Being, Not spiritual.
Remain Imperfect and open, learning each minute minute as 
everyone has something to teach us. 
If we listen. 


True Nature, each breath. 
Grounded Core Valued.
Higher good witnessed.
Thank you life. Full spectrum and spiral.
Embrace it, let the armour fall. Surrender to more.
Get out of my own way. Kind and aligned, daily, right now.
Laugh more. Take The Piss and Laugh At My Self, more.
Live it, breathe, it, flow it, Be It.
Deep gratitude to those who matter, more.
That is Being,
To Be or Not To Be? Fully alive? Shifting dimensions?
Spiralling? Full spectrum? Bat shit passionate?
For life?
And imperfectly humbly, graciously, human?

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know. I mean that you don't really know anything - that you really don't understand the world, you don't really understand each other, and you ... really don't understand yourself. This is such an obvious thing when we really take a moment and look around. When you look at the world that human beings have created and how we relate to each other, it's so obvious that we don't know anything at all. .
