Soar eagle a summit view,
rise with morning star
warm glider seas silent
as gentle, invisible zephyr
spirals more life into
my still power, full wings.
Spiral shifts dimensions
Spiral rises
Spiral falls
Spiral flows, aware,
Absolutely undecided,
spontaneous and open

Spiral Unlike
Close Cousin Circle,
A Certain Shape is Circle
a never ending story
a broken record looping like
race track
round and round and round we go
again and again and again
looking searching seeking
for that perfect lap
compete, race, push harder
on fast razors edge 
life looping on repeats
closed pretty perfect made up pattern,
identical mechanical until The Crash
a burn out once allowed
But only when a hollow
chequered victory
is garland and secured.

So What's It To Be or Not To Be?
Life Spiral or Circle Patterns?
Surrender nature or race to finish?
Climb higher flow lower or one fixed dimension?
Journey freely or busy perfecting?

My shape shifting spiral is of my freely beating heart
With every breath, gifts rise and fall as lungs of an eagle expand and soar.

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know. I mean that you don't really know anything - that you really don't understand the world, you don't really understand each other, and you ... really don't understand yourself. This is such an obvious thing when we really take a moment and look around. When you look at the world that human beings have created and how we relate to each other, it's so obvious that we don't know anything at all. .
