They then update views and re test new developments and express this openly in aligned communities. Pure learning in communities of practice.
Life long learning.

No wonder learning and work therefore becomes like play...

There is a story of two dogs, who walk into the same room at different times. One comes out wagging his tail, while the other comes out growling. A woman watching this goes into the room to see what could possibly have made one dog so happy and the other so mad. To her surprise, she finds a room filled with mirrors. The happy dog found a thousand happy dogs looking back at himself, while the angry dog saw only angry dogs growling back at him. What you see in the world around you is a reflection of who you are.

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know.
