So Detach From Thought, completely! 
Stop all that none sense right now... 

Keep showing up, of course, 
being your Best, of course, 
every day in every way, of course, 
 as it is already done.
Absolutely OF COURSE. 

Living Wholly Beyond Thought, is THE only reality, 
so stop "thinking" and simply Be 
what YOU already are, 

whole and complete and enough exactly as YOU are. 

For even simpler and then the simplest, 
 flow fully as the living magic, 
the endless mystery 
and beyond thought 
or reason 
as the undivided subtle visible, 
Your Own True Nature, 
unattached, (to mind)
unaddicted, (to attachments)
unadulterated, (pure n simple) 

simply 
follow consistent steps.
Know who you are, 
Know what you deserve, 
Know what you don’t want, 
AND 
DO NOT SETTLE for LESS! 

Of course, partner with an equal, 
One who also has a growth mindset 
One who supports their own 
best self, whole self, Higher self
 as well as yours
One who is not in competition 
With a dis integrated ego, 
One who knows their whole Self well, 
One who encourages the 
challenging and needed resolutions 
During the inevitable triggers, 
One who can hold space 
For their true self first, 
One who can then share that overflow 
Of a grounded Self held space
 to also hold space for you, 
Reciprocate, listen, tender, sincere, 
Of course, Take no shite, 
Try not to be no shite, 
Unless you do, 
Then say sorry, 
Quickly, 
change choices of behaviour 
And show you are growing
Be The Love, always, 
Through affirmative, positive growth,
 human Being, being humane, 
And joyous fun loving 
actions!!! 

You've already got it made,
You already are whole, 
Get out of your own way, 
You already are simply enough as 
One Embodied Circle, 
Already 
Completely Joined, 
No Gaps, No Waiting, No Fuss or Crisis, 
The only person you are growing is you! 
The only person you can change is you! 
The only person who needs to relate well with 
And firstly 
Is you! 
Do you even know who
That real “who” is? 
Yet? 

You already are One Creature In Creation! 
You may not yet have the inner space
(Or enough external crisis) 
 to feel it and see it and be it 
But you are who you will maybe one day 
Re discover; wholly, completely, totally! 

Totally, Absolutely, Full and Whole
Right Now...
Once a qualified teacher shows you, 
The Non Negated 
You!

because they are neither regretting the past
nor concerned about the future -
they happily live in the moment,
unattached to mind,
unattached to limited projections, 
detached from a dis integrated ego, 
returned to a pure and simple wholeness
for absolutely no reason.

What opens inside you when you're willing to entertain the possibility that things maybe different than you thought they were is what I call the great internal space; a place where you come to know that you don't know. This is really the entry point into the end of suffering: when you become conscious of the fact that you really don't know. I mean that you don't really know anything - that you really don't understand the world, you don't really understand each other, and you ... really don't understand yourself. This is such an obvious thing when we really take a moment and look around. When you look at the world that human beings have created and how we relate to each other, it's so obvious that we don't know anything at all. .
