that you are not a project to be solved, 

but a mystery to be lived.

It is unlikely today will be the day you finally manifest all the great things you have been told will make you happy. Call in the soul mate that will complete you. Permanently wiggle into some state of high vibration, invulnerability, and freedom from confusion. Or complete some mythical journey of spiritual awakening, landing in a fabulous ongoing state of untouchability.


What a relief. 

A day of celebration … 

of what you are. And the end of the dream of postponement.

You need no longer delay full, embodied participation here. 

You need not wait any longer, until all of these things are accomplished, until you’ve checked off all the boxes on the great self-improvement project that so many of our lives have become.

Today may not be the day for answers but to finally let your heart break open to the vastness of the question. 

To stand on the rooftops and proclaim that you are not a project to be solved, but a mystery to be lived.

Buried inside the glory and the mess, right in the core of the not-knowing, hidden inside feeling and emotion, soul is alive. 

Return into slowness and into this current breath, which contains all of the seen and unseen worlds. You are here, rippling and pregnant with life. There is no urgency on the path of the heart.

The miracle has already occurred. The evidence for that is the longing inside your heart. 

Not the longing for “more,” not even your longing, but the longing of the Beloved to unfold here, with you as vessel."
