Nobody is perfect, yet almost everyone tries to act as though they "have it together".
This neurotic false pretense is what divides us from each other and ourselves.
If only we could see inside each other's minds and realize that we're all full of similar anxieties, insecurities, compulsions, sadness, false beliefs, and just plain ol' bizarre thoughts!
We would awaken to the fact that our ego is a neurotic construct
enslaved within a neurotic culture, and that culture is no more than a collectivized
consensus about what sort of neurotic behaviors are acceptable.
The whole silly charade would rapidly dissolve in a
global cuddle-puddle of laughter and tears.

May I receive your love she said?
May I help you fly he said?
May I ground you my darling she said?
May I gaze at you in wonderment he said?
May I honor your body, being and brilliance she said?
May I revere your movement he said?
May I bathe you she said?
May I tell the world you are my world he said?
May I hold your spirit as you traverse your inner turbulence she said?
May I see what you don’t within the endless chasm of your infinite beauty he said?
Will you walk this path with me she said?
Will you allow me to lead he said.
Will you laugh with me until the sun rises she said.
Will you feel all that I am, have been and am yet to be he said?
Will you love me eternally she said?
Will you forgive my past, present and future he said?
May I hold you as the warrior, the king and the strength that you are she said?
You may, he said. You are my queen he said.
You are my life, she said. I am yours, he said.
And I, yours she said.
Imagine, just imagine living life from this place of openness,
devoid of unconscious and empty ego...
Simple presence...
