Lead Learners.
How good is learning?
With and from a room full of co-learners?
All at different stages.
Of learning.
All learners present for the aligned reason?
They chose to BE there, they want to learn, and they care. About learning.
Learners may desire to;
leave the learning having been exposed to NEWNESS,
be exposed to the next step on the endless spectrum and spiral of that oh so real ancient cliche of "life long learning"
Learning is NOT mastery.
Learning is MESSY
Learning is not ONE final test
Learning is iterative. baby step motivated towards your intrinsic goal
Learning is noisy, chatty, sharing, laughing, trying, failing forward and never giving uppppp!
Learning is quiet, contemplative, solo, revising, hitting The Books, silent, introspective, expansive.
How good is learning?
With and from lead leaders who know and breathe and embody their epic shit?
Expert.

Not "Know It Alls"
Open
knowledgeable
Humble
Easy communicators
Sense Of Humour (Hell Yes! At and of Self firstly)
Outstanding In Their Field. (cows? where did they come from....?)
Nothing lights my fire more than seeing people grow through having a crack at learning The New.
People who are already good at The Hard stuff, extending THAT further, deeper;longer, harder.
(sure we're still on topic here...?)
Learning For Them Selves. Not anyone else.
Having a red hot go, helping others do the same, assisting, observing, experimenting, playing FFS.
having a ball whilst making multiple attempts to master,
and NOT giving two hoots if they don't (Hoot, Hoot)
laughing their sweet asses off as they pause and reflect and then dive in again
Learning fans my inner flames and ignites my passion.
Teacher?
nah, I'd ditch that passive "know it all" word given the chance.
Many Teachers pontificate and make knowledge arrogantly exclusive.
Teachers, mostly the insecure ones, can quickly become "do as I say, not as I do"
They become The Font of All knowledge and then charge you for something you can often find or share for free.
Instead broaden your perspective and change the focus of your eye.
Even IF you once were a teacher. There is ALWAYS something new to learn.
Every One We Meet Can Share Something New, If we are learners.
Everyone has expert knowledge that we don't. If we are learners who listen.
Each One of us is a learner firstly, in the New Landscape of co-creation and manifesting
If we adopt Beginners Mind, Learners Mind,
we remain receptive, open and humble in not knowing "it all"
That's why we can all be lead learners, receptive, open and humble.
If we choose The Evolving Paradigm of being Active Super Stars,
Living Their Truth By Leading The Learners in co-creating the Learning

Three Little Birds
Bob Marley
Don't worry about a thing
'Cause every little thing gonna be alright
Singing' don't worry about a thing
'Cause every little thing gonna be alright
Rise up this mornin'
Smiled with the risin' sun
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true
Saying', (this is my message to you)
Singing' don't worry 'bout a thing
'Cause every little thing gonna be alright
Singing' don't worry (don't worry) 'bout a thing
'Cause every little thing gonna be alright
Rise up this mornin'
Smiled with the risin' sun
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true
Sayin', this is my message to you
Singin' don't worry about a thing, worry about a thing, oh
Every little thing gonna be alright, don't worry
Singin'…
Thank you Donna, Shen, Sally, IYTA, YA and Cynthia.
